Jireh’s Cleaning, LLC is a woman-owned, family-owned, small business. we have been serving NJ for over 20 years. we are ​licensed and insured. our employees are personally and thoroughly trained. By hiring Jireh’s Cleaning, you agree to be the ​party responsible for full payment. Third-party involvement is not recognized by Jireh’s Cleaning, LLC. Please allow 24-48 ​hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of cleanings. if there are more than three weeks between cleaning, a catch-up ​cleaning fee may be incurred. Please note that outside of emergencies or illnesses, any cancellations made after 24-48 hours, ​may be charged a $25 cancellation fee. We require 72 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling initial cleanings or move-​in/move-out cleanings. For any rescheduling due to staffing issues, holidays, or extreme weather, we will make every attempt ​to reschedule as close to your regularly scheduled cleaning date. Pay for services via cash or check. tipping is neither ​expected nor required. it is optional and up to your discretion. To meet your needs and ensure satisfaction, Jireh’s Cleaning, ​LLC reserves the option to reevaluate rates at any time. If asked to clean or dust stovetops or inside microwaves, inside of ​china cabinets and hutches, start laundry, wash dishes, clean small computer equipment, antiques, or collectibles, or use your ​equipment, you agree to release Jireh’s Cleaning, LLC from liability and/or any of its employees responsible for any damage ​to any article or component in the list above. We will make every effort not to break any items; however, accidents do ​happen. we have limited liability protection for replacement or repair. identical replacement will be attempted but not ​guaranteed. Report damage within three business days of service. Jireh’s Cleaning, LLC cannot be responsible for damage due ​to faulty and/or improper installation, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear of any items. Due to OSHA regulations, ​our staff will not handle any type of animal or human waste. This includes animal or human waste, vomit, blood, or bodily ​waste. We are also unable to clean areas or homes with live infestations such as maggots, fleas, roaches, bedbugs, etc. until ​mitigated. To protect our technicians, they are unable to climb any ladders higher than a step ladder. They are also unable to ​move any heavy objects or furniture. We ask our clients to refrain from smoking or using any substance while our cleaning ​technicians are present. We take before and after photos of the cleaning that has been done in your home. We use these ​photos for training and proof of performance for promotion of our services. Please let us know if you would like to opt out of ​before and after photos of your home. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you think that any area of your home is not ​cleaned well, we will schedule a day within the week to re-clean the area to your satisfaction. Please let us know within 24 ​hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean the problem area. Our team is quality inspected which may occur during ​or after the cleaning technicians have left your home. If you are still not satisfied with the cleaning of your home, we are not ​able to offer cash refunds or discounts for poor quality in place of a re-clean.
